About this Event

Colchester Adventure League has partnered with Colchester Castle to bring you an evening of Dungeons & Dragons, puzzles and immersive roleplaying in a unique historic setting.

Join us on Saturday 3 October, 6pm to 10pm, and gather your party for a night of adventure. Whether you are completely new to D&D or an experienced player looking for a fresh challenge, you will be warmly welcomed.

Dungeons & Dragons is one of the world’s most popular tabletop roleplaying games, enjoyed by millions since 1974. You may recognise it from popular culture, including Stranger Things, The Legend of Vox Machina and Baldur’s Gate 3. Now is your chance to try it for yourself inside the dramatic surroundings of Colchester Castle.

Step into the story as we present That which creeps the Stour’s banks. Costumes are encouraged, teamwork is essential, and anything can happen as your group navigates puzzles and peril throughout the evening.
