About this Event
10 – 11am
Explore the museum and garden together and help us plan for the future. This session includes activities, crafts and stories for families with toddlers and pre-school age children.
You can choose from a selection of activities that will explore the building and displays to spark ideas, conversations and feelings about the museum and its stories, how it is today and what you would like it to be in the future. There will be a take-home craft activity and circle time.
During the session we will be asking about your experiences of the museum, whether that’s as a first time visitor or a regular. We will also be taking photos. The feedback collected will help us with our redevelopment plans. By booking onto this free event you are consenting to taking part in our evaluation.
A covered buggy park will be provided in the museum garden to give us maximum space inside.
To say thank you for taking part, each family will receive a goody bag containing activity ideas, a child-friendly gift and a voucher for 50% off Colchester Castle entry.
