Castles As Homes
Suitable for KS1
Colchester Castle is an exciting and unique place to visit for groups studying ‘Castles’ or ‘Homes’ as a topic.
An exciting day exploring Colchester Castle as a home. Dressed up in our colourful knight’s tabards, your pupils will experience what it was like to live and work in the Castle.
Storytelling, trails and hands-on activities will spark your class’ imagination and keep them actively engaged.
